At Purevelia, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products.

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@purevelia.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
